Shipping policy
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier if you haven't received your package.
We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We currently ship internationally. Please note, we are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees placed on international shipments.
Unless an expedited service is requested, your domestic order should arrive in approximately 3-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Expedited orders must be placed by 1:00 pm (EST), or they will ship the following business day.
You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.
Return policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Olivia Le, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise within 14 days of arrival. All custom orders, sale or discount code items are final sale. Returned merchandise should be unworn and in the same condition as when it was received including original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@oliviale.com. We do not refund shipping. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Once we've received your item and it's been inspected, please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.
Jewelry care
Although our jewelry is meant for every occasion, if you want the color to last longer, we do not recommend sleeping, showering, swimming or exercising while wearing your jewelry. Also please do not spray perfumes, hairsprays, or lotions directly near your jewelry as many beauty products cause tarnishing of metals.
Wipe your jewelry after each use, using a soft cloth to remove any dirt or debris. You may also soak it for a few minutes in warm, soapy water and dry it with a soft cloth as needed (or a soft toothbrush to clean small cracks and crevices).
Here are just a few tips:
1. Remove your jewelry before you swim in chlorine or salt water.
2. Remove your jewelry before participating in activities that will cause you to sweat a lot.
3. Wait to put on your jewelry until after you have applied lotion, makeup or perfume.
4. Store your plated jewelry where it won’t rub against other hard substances (a soft bag—one per piece of jewelry—is ideal).

Coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotions. Please make sure to enter the coupon code upon checkout, as orders cannot be adjusted once processed. Coupon code price adjustments cannot be made on previous orders.
